I have been working on an editorial illustration for my ill1 class and it is about a story of this old woman who starts up this old red pick-up truck her husband left her when he died. She starts it back up every spring. She is a gardener and works in her garden while the truck is recharging. In the story it tells of how this was the only thing she kept of his after he died, the truck and some of his tools.
here is a version of the first try and then the changes i have made to is since sans color.
